What happens when I contact Pinnacle Play Systems?
You will be able to talk to one of our knowledgeable and friendly Design Consultants. He or she will help determine your needs, and then guide you through the process of designing a set that is "just right" for your family.

How long does it take to get my playset delivered?
Lead times vary from two weeks to eight weeks, depending on the time of the year and the size of the set.

Will the product I receive be a kit?
Most of our products are shipped as partially-assembled kits. However, we do have the ability to deliver some fully-assembled products to you. The cost to ship a fully-assembled product is higher than shipping a kit.

How will my playset be shipped?
If it is a partially-assembled kit, it will be shipped to you in a completely enclosed truck, or on an open truck and trailer shrink wrapped, keeping it clean and safe. You will need two or three people, at a minimum, to unload the playset by hand.

What will it cost to have a kit shipped to my home?
Shipping costs for our partially-assembled kits start at $249.00. Shipping costs for fully-assembled units, and larger kits, are naturally higher, and are based on the size of the item and the distance from our warehouse.

Do you supply assembly instructions with your kits?
YES! We are very proud of our detailed assembly manuals. They consist of ten to twenty pages and include 75 to 125 small pictures of the assembly process, along with text detailing each picture.

Will I need a carpenter to assemble my product?
A handy-man or homeowner with some carpentry experience/skills is required.

How long will it take to assemble my product?
Most of our smaller sets can be assembled in a few hours. Larger sets take more time.

Are the playhouses waterproof?
Yes! When assembled properly, the interior remains dry in inclement weather. Much like a real home, toys left out in one of our custom-built playhouses will be safe, dry and secure. Children can even play in the playhouse on a rainy day and not get wet!

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes! We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept personal checks, cashiers checks and money orders.

Why are there no prices listed on your website?
Prices may vary slightly in some areas, due to shipping costs and other factors. However, our Playsets are priced similarly throughout the country.
